I often try to keep my professional Caricature #Artist life seperate from my comic book and story telling ambitions, as one pays my bills and is for all ages, and the other is not. But it’s difficult. With caricatures claiming the bulk of my existence on this planet, the two inevitably cross paths. It’s a struggle. My comic books are for an adult audience. But I can’t make money off them yet. So I gotta draw caricatures at conventions where I go with the hopes to promote my comics and stories. Just so to at the least pay the fees and try to break even. It ain’t all bad though. Whether I make it as a creative writer or not, I still get to draw to pay the bills. And I find creative ways to segue into both avenues seamlessly. So it works. Here are some of my professional #caricature artworks and setups.
